Superboy: The Beast and the Beauty
 
    In the episode David Marciano plays Hugo. His character has decided that he want to impersonate Superboy in order to commit crimes so he can get a million dollars. He wants a million dollars so that he can get Jennifer to marry him.
    Miss Jennifer Jenkins is interviewed by Clark Kent and T.J. for a beauty pageant. While Clark is doing this Hugo is robbing a jewelry store dressed as Superboy. Clark hears about the crime on the radio coming back from the pageant. He manages to ditch T.J. in order to try to apprehend Hugo. Instead he gets caught by the cops and taken into the station. While being booked he learns that someone is impersonating him in order to commit crimes. He calls T.J. and tells him that he needs five hundred dollars for bail money.
    Back at the pageant the finalists are announced. T.J.. pulls up and sees the van from the car chase and calls the police.
    Hugo visits Jennifer and tells her that he has a million dollars so she can marry him now. Then he kidnaps her. He takes her to his hide out. He tells one of his buddies to watch her because he has to go get a minister so they can get married.
    Superboy sees his van driving along. He gets into the control booth of a bridge and moves the bridge so that Hugo is trapped. He moves in to confront Hugo. Hugo then challenges Superboy to a fight without any of Superboy's magic powers. Towards the end of the fight Hugo charges at Superboy and ends up running of the bridge. He makes a deal with Superboy that if Superboy uses his magic powers to save him he'll tell Superboy where Jennifer is. Superboy then rescues Hugo. Superboy takes Hugo to jail and Jennifer back to the pageant just in time to win the crown.
